Welcome to SMatrixERP Technologies. By enrolling in our courses or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Course Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after registration and payment (partial or full, as applicable) is received. Course batches, timings, and trainers may be adjusted based on operational requirements, with prior notice to students.
2. Fees and Payment
Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at enrollment. Fees once paid are non-transferable to another individual unless approved by SMatrixERP Technologies in writing.
3. Refund and Cancellation
Students may request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment, provided the course has not yet commenced. Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of payment will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of whether the course has started.
To request a refund, students must contact us at smatrixerp@gmail.com or +91 8247 881 188 within the 7-day window. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment, minus any applicable processing charges.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, recordings, and content provided are the intellectual property of SMatrixERP Technologies and are meant solely for the registered student’s personal learning use. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of this material is strictly prohibited.
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during live sessions and in communication with trainers and staff. SMatrixERP Technologies reserves the right to discontinue access for students violating this conduct without refund.
6. Placement Assistance Disclaimer
Placement assistance, where offered, is a best-effort support service (interview preparation, resume guidance, referrals) and does not guarantee employment.
7. Limitation of Liability
SMatrixERP Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our training services or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
